• Complete and submit this form for parties of up to 4 participants all participating in the same activities.
• This registration form will be acknowledged by e-mail with a list of your field trip reservations and the total fees due.
• Most events have limited space available. Reservations for field trips will be accepted in the order received.
• If you would like to to be placed on the waiting list for an activity that is already full, you must indicate that on the form to be eligible.
• Please be sure to include your e-mail address and/or phone number so that we can contact you with any questions about your registration.
• If you are unable to use this on-line form, contact SABO at reservations@sabo.org or 520-432-1388 and we will provide you with another version of the form.
