This table lists bird species encountered to date on all of SABO's Parrots & Quetzals Tours to Madera, Chihuahua. Many species not yet on this list are known or suspected to occur in the Madera area and/or along the tour route, and the list will continue to grow as each tour contributes to our knowledge of the birds of northwestern Chihuahua.

Trips are listed in chronological order and color-coded by month. Sightings for each trip are coded to indicate which species were observed in the Madera area (M), which were observed only between Bisbee and the Mexican border (B), and which were seen only between the border and Madera. In many cases, species indicated as observed in the Madera area were also observed elsewhere during the same trip. Codes in parentheses () indicate that the species was heard only.
